Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Ephesians 3:8-10
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

God thus seems to have created evil, as He created all concepts, for his pleasure, including evil.

How does God get pleasure from evil and is He allowing it to happen?

Hell is demonstrably an immoral and evil construct.

Man has laws against men allowing evil to happen when they have a way to prevent it.

It seems to me that no definition of good or evil will do here. What must be looked at is, the idea we have of God. From a standpoint that holds no egotistical or anthropomorphic qualities, God would most likey not "enjoy" anything, for that would not be very god-like in that joy, as far as we know it, leads to suffering later; why would a god suffer? This question (does god enjoy evil) is to easy to get lost in.

Does the sun enjoy sunburns on my skin? A sunburn is negative, painful, and can cause cancer that could lead to my death. This has the same qualities as that which we would call evil. But we would laugh to call a sunburn evil, and laugh more to say the sun has an opinion. Just the same, to imagine god has an opinion or emotion towards what only applies to humans, "evil", can be debated countless ways, but all would not come to truth as we have no real experience or grounds to label god with any qualities beyond those we know as physical qualities.
